THR Consultants in Jaipur, Rajasthan is hiring Customer Associates for an International Non-Voice Process. You will handle customer queries via chat and email, provide accurate resolutions, and maintain high-quality support in line with international service standards.

Eligibility includes any Graduation or Undergraduate, 0–3 years in International BPO, and excellent verbal and written English. Night/shifts and rotational shifts are required; immediate joining is preferred.

Qualificações

• Graduation from any stream is acceptable.
• 0–3 years of experience in international BPO.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
