Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Analyst to join our Client Servicing and Stakeholder Management team. The role involves managing international clients, ensuring service excellence, and acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client servicing for international stakeholders
• Handle client communications through international voice processes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards
• Analyze client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for resolution
