Job summary

AT AIN is seeking a customer service professional in Delhi to handle inbound banking queries and provide prompt, accurate resolutions with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate must have Graduation, fluent Bengali, and basic English/Hindi, with solid customer service and interpersonal skills. Shifts are rotational/odd-hour, and immediate joiners are preferred.
