Job summary

Pagaar India is seeking fresh to 2-year experienced telecallers in Chennai to handle outbound and inbound customer support in Hindi/English. The role requires good communication and basic computer skills, with work hours from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, including the last Sunday.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries across phone, email, and chat, ensuring high first-contact resolution, and maintaining CRM notes.

Qualifications

• 12th Pass or Any Graduate from a recognized board/university.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and/or Hindi.
• Basic computer proficiency with a typing speed of 25+ WPM.
