Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking a Helpdesk Associate (Grade-4/5) to provide L1 support in a Service Desk environment. The role requires a graduate, strong communication in English and Polish, and ability to handle international calls. You will troubleshoot MS Windows, Office, and hardware issues and work in rotational shifts.

The ideal candidate will be independent, capable of quick problem identification, and able to adhere to company policies while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Provide L1 technical guidance in identifying, prioritizing, and resolving reported problems via Phone, Email & Chat.
• Act as a liaison between customers and departments within Client Infrastructure.
• Good troubleshooting knowledge of Windows, PC hardware, Internet Explorer, MS Office and COTS applications.

• Helpdesk Associate at Grade-4 & 5 position in Service Desk


• Must be a Graduate.


• Good communication skills with 1+ Years of international calling experience
