Job summary

NTT DATA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS in Bengaluru seeks a Helpdesk Associate-L1 to provide frontline support for reported problems via phone, email and chat. You will identify, prioritize and resolve issues with guidance from senior staff, ensuring timely customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong English communication, comfort with rotational shifts, and the ability to work independently. Familiarity with MS Windows, PC hardware and MS Office is helpful. International calling experience is a plus.

• Typically, the associate level participates in a supportive role by acting as a liaison between customers departments within the Client Infrastructure.


• Good troubleshooting knowledge of MS Windows, PC Hardware, Internet Explorer, MS Office COTS applications etc

Requirements

• Helpdesk Associate at Grade-4 position in Service Desk


• Must be a Graduate.


• Good communication skills with 1+ Years of international calling experience


• Ability to work independently


• Adhere to organizational policies and procedures


• Must possess excellent customer handling skills


• Should be comfortable to work in rotational shift.


• Excellent Verbal Communication skills.


• Good communication (demonstrate strong reading comprehension, writing and verbal skills) in English and Polish.
