Job description

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT support via phone, email, chat, and walk-ins.
• Log, track, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus.
• Provide support for hardware, software, operating systems, printers, and network-related issues.
• Escalate complex incidents to L2/L3 teams with proper documentation.
• Ensure SLA compliance and timely ticket resolution.
• Provide remote support using TeamViewer, RDP, and similar tools.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
• Support Office 365, endpoint management, asset management, and MDM solutions.
• Maintain IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and asset inventories.
