Job summary

Amex GBT in Gurgaon, India, seeks an operations professional to manage hotel invoice reconciliation in SNAP, update VAT data, and ensure daily updates align with SLAs. The role requires strong GDS knowledge and data accuracy.

You will liaise with UK and client teams, maintain compliance, and help manage NDC content across multiple OBTs while supporting MIHD Level 1 tasks and billing analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of experience.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Strong background and working knowledge on GDS - Sabre, Apollo, Amadeus, Galileo.
• Accuracy in data input and analytical qualities.
• Proven record of building internal relationships.
• Competent in using MS Excel & MS Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Updating SNAP daily in line with Service Level Agreement

• Adhere to strict compliance guidelines regarding SNAP access
• Activate and manage the NDC content on multiple OBTs
• Support MIHD Level 1 team in creating DK/ CAP AIM Profiles
• Analyze and share Billing and Settlement Invoices for the client
