Job summary

Amex GBT in Gurgaon, India is seeking a role focused on SNAP tool access and invoice management. You will identify missing hotel invoices, chase vendors, and ensure VAT data is accurately entered into SNAP, with daily updates aligned to SLA.

We require a Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of experience, strong written/communication skills, and solid MS Excel & Outlook proficiency. Familiarity with GDS systems is a plus, and collaboration across teams is essential.

Responsibilities

• Access to Client SNAP tool.
• Identify missing hotel invoices in SNAP and chase with vendors.
• Update SNAP with hotel VAT information for invoices.
• Update SNAP daily in line with SLA.
• Coordinate with UK Account Team Leader and Client Manager for updates/queries.
• Adhere to compliance guidelines for SNAP access.
• Activate and manage NDC content on multiple OBTs.
• Support MIHD Level 1 team to create DK/CAP AIM profiles.
• Analyze and share Billing and Settlement Invoices for the client.

What You'll Do

• The role includes working on access to Client SNAP tool
• Responsible to identify missing hotel invoices within SNAP (tool), and chase invoices with hotel vendors directly
• Responsible to update SNAP accurately with hotel VAT information for each hotel invoice
• Updating SNAP daily in line with Service Level Agreement
• Liaise with UK account Team Leader and Client Manager to provide updates/raise queries as required
• Adhere to strict compliance guidelines regarding SNAP access
• Responsible to activate and manage the NDC content on multiple OBTs
• Support MIHD Level 1 team in creating DK/ CAP AIM Profiles
• Analyze and share Billing and Settlement Invoices for the client

What We're Looking For
