American Express Global Business Travel is seeking a Product Support Analyst in Gurgaon to collaborate with client managers and customers, supporting travel technology questions and online booking tools. You’ll manage product support cases, test releases, and produce reports while maintaining vendor documentation and SLAs.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in travel, strong GDS knowledge (Sabre/Apollo/Galileo/Amadeus), and proficiency in MS Office with excellent business writing skills.
