HomeBridge to Health is seeking a compassionate Healthcare Support Consultant to bridge the gap between patients and medical professionals through seamless virtual care support.

You will handle patient queries, coordinate remote consultations, and ensure interactions are timely and patient-centered. Fluency in English, Kannada and Hindi is required, with readiness to work 24/7 rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Freshers welcome; 0–2 years experience in healthcare support.
• Fluency in English, Kannada and Hindi is mandatory.
• Good computer literacy is required.

Responsabilités

• Respond promptly to patient queries via phone and other communication platforms.
• Assist doctors and medical staff with appointment scheduling, follow-ups and coordination.
• Maintain and manage patient records with strict adherence to confidentiality standards.
• Support virtual consultations and remote patient monitoring services.
• Work across multiple platforms including CRM, EMR and cloud-based telephony systems.
• Communicate clearly, empathetically and professionally with patients and internal teams.
• Adapt quickly to new tools, software and workflows as the organization evolves.

• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays
• Proactive, empathetic team player with a genuine interest in patient care.
