Job summary

Codinix Health is seeking a motivated Healthcare Recruiter with 1–2 years of US healthcare staffing experience. The ideal candidate should handle MSP and Direct Client requirements while managing the full recruitment lifecycle across the United States.

You will source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/VMS, and referrals; screen, interview, negotiate offers, and drive onboarding while building a strong candidate pipeline and meeting SLAs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment.
• Mandatory MSP and Direct Client experience.
• Knowledge of US healthcare staffing including RN, LPN, CNA, Allied Health, and Therapy.
• Experience using ATS/VMS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and leading job boards.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong sourcing, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for contract, travel, and permanent positions across the United States.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for MSP and Direct Client requirements.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/VMS platforms, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screening, evaluate qualifications, and coordinate interviews with clients.
• Negotiate pay rates, extend job offers, and facilitate onboarding processes.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure timely candidate submissions while maintaining quality, compliance, and client expectations.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate documentation, and regular status updates in ATS/VMS systems.
• Develop strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
• Meet recruitment targets, turnaround time (TAT), and client service level agreements (SLAs).

• Strong understanding of US healthcare staffing and clinical roles including Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Allied Health Professionals, and Therapy professionals.
• Experience using ATS/VMS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and leading job boards.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong sourcing, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven recruitment environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
