Netpace Inc. in India is seeking an experienced US healthcare recruiter with 1–4 years of relevant experience to handle end-to-end recruitment for US healthcare staffing. You will source, screen, and place healthcare professionals to meet client requirements and timelines.

You will work on accounts such as AYA, Kaiser, and Medefis, coordinating interviews, follow-ups, and submissions while maintaining strong candidate pipelines and ensuring compliance with deadlines.

Formación

• 1–4 years of experience in US healthcare recruitment.
• Experience with AYA, Kaiser, or Medefis is preferred.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills.
• Knowledge of US healthcare staffing processes and VMS platforms.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
