Job summary

Netpace Inc. is seeking US Healthcare Recruiters with experience in AYA, Kaiser, and Medefis to manage end-to-end recruitment for US healthcare staffing. You will source, screen, and place healthcare professionals to meet client requirements and deadlines.

You will coordinate interviews and submissions, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure compliance with client needs. Prior experience with US staffing processes and VMS platforms is preferred, along with strong communication and negotiation

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in US healthcare recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with AYA, Kaiser, or Medefis is preferred.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills.
• Knowledge of US healthcare staffing processes and VMS platforms.
