Job summary

talent4health is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment for US healthcare roles, including Healthcare Recruiters, Senior Healthcare Recruiters, Team Leads, and Managers. You will partner with managers, source candidates across major portals, and drive a strong candidate experience.

You will also coordinate interviews, maintain a healthy talent pipeline, manage postings and employer branding, and support onboarding with ATS records and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 1–5 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in Healthcare Staffing or US Staffing.
• Experience hiring Healthcare Recruiters, Team Leads, Managers and leadership professionals.
• Strong sourcing, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and job portals.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with proven experience hiring US Healthcare Recruiters, Senior Healthcare Recruiters, Team Leads and Managers. Candidates with general IT/Non-Healthcare recruitment experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Healthcare Recruiter, Senior Healthcare Recruiter, Team Lead, Manager, and leadership positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, referrals, social media, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and leadership teams.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare recruitment professionals and leadership talent.
• Manage job postings, employer branding initiatives, and recruitment campaigns.
• Maintain ATS records, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
• Negotiate compensation packages and support onboarding activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and talent market insights.

Required Qualifications
