The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 1 year inbound voice experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with CRM and pharmacy management systems. Night shift 6:30pm–3:30am IST.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of inbound voice support.
• Mandatory US Healthcare experience.
• Experience in Pharmacy Support, Patient Access, Benefits Verification, Prior Authorization, Reimbursement, or Hub Services preferred.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Neutral accent with no First Language Influence (FLI).
• Ability to manage high-volume inbound call queues.
