Job summary

Strengthen Digit is seeking a Network Field Associate in Mumbai to strengthen its provider network, build hospital relationships, expand cashless coverage, and optimize cost structures.

You will support hospitals with claims processing, manage reconciliations, and ensure timely renewals of MoUs while driving regulatory compliance.

The role requires data analytics, familiarity with provider portals, and strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in health insurance, provider relations, hospital management, or healthcare operations.
• MBA/MPH or related bachelor’s with relevant domain knowledge preferred.
• Familiarity with hospital information systems and provider portals.

Responsibilities

• Provider Relationship & Network Expansion: Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals and healthcare providers.
• Expand cashless network coverage across the assigned region.
• Negotiate cost-effective discounts and favorable terms with providers.
• Operational Support & Claims Coordination: Assist hospitals with cashless claims processing and portal utilization.
• Reconcile outstanding data related to cashless claims.
• Analyze performance metrics and create MIS reports for optimization.
• Contract Management & Compliance: Ensure timely renewal of MoUs with providers in line with organizational timelines.
• Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (IRDAI, NABH, etc.).

Position Description

Strengthen Digit’s provider network by building hospitalrelationships, expanding cashless coverage, and optimizing cost structures. Asa Network Field Associate, you’ll support hospitals with claims processing,manage reconciliations, and ensure timely renewals of agreements—all whiledriving operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Expand cashless network coverage across the assigned region.

• 2–6 years of experience in health insurance, provider relations, hospitalmanagement, or healthcare operations
