Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a Health Operations Associate to manage provider records in our healthcare payer system. You will create, update, modify and terminate records while ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience, a BSc/BCom/BA, and proficiency in English (Domestic). You will coordinate provider data, credentialing information, and documentation across request channels, with potential US shift timing.

Ensure provider records are accurate, complete. and up to date. Process provider additions. changes. and terminations received through various request channels. Healthcare Provider Data Management knowledge Medical insurance and payer operations understanding NPI, TIN, Provider Network knowledge Data analysis and research skills Attention to detail Problem-solving skills Communication and documentation skills Experience with healthcare systems such as HealthRules Payor and wor1dlow management tools Coordinate the essential documentation and resources required for the filing of global applications. Understand, manage & process electronic submissions that include original application filings, Life Cycle Management submissions such as CMC, Ad-promos, amendments, annual reports, SPL submissions, etc.
