Job summary

Protiviti India is seeking a detail-oriented health payer operations associate to join our U.S. shifts-based support team. You will handle member enrollment, premium billing, and payment processing while ensuring accuracy and timely updates to provider demographics.

You'll process core medical claims, respond to provider and member inquiries with excellent service, and collaborate with colleagues to maintain high-quality outcomes. Proficiency in Excel and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining 100% accuracy & TAT.
• A team player who's flexible and adaptable.
