Job summary

Protiviti India is seeking a healthcare payer operations associate to support member enrollment, premium billing, and payment applications, along with provider data updates and core medical claims processing.

The role also involves handling customer service activities and resolving provider and member inquiries. Freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience can apply; work from office with flexible shifts (4:00 PM–1:30 AM or 6:00 PM–3:30 AM).
