Job summary

CIEL HR in Gurugram is seeking a fresher for an entry-level role in health care enrollment and billing support. You will work with a team to update process documentation, assist in reports, and ensure adherence to SOPs while handling basic duties with accuracy.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree (non-BTech preferred), strong English communication, good typing speed, and data analysis skills. Evening/night shifts may be required, with room to grow in a dynamic MNC health care environment.

Qualifications

• Fresher or 0-6 months’ experience; US Healthcare knowledge is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree; non-BTech candidates preferred.
• Strong English communication and basic data-analytic skills required.

• Update and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures from time to time by taking input from respective subject matter experts Assist supervisor in the development of reports and other basic tasks assigned from time to time
• Decision-making aptitudes based on given guidelines and in ambiguous contexts
• Perform under pressure and multitask
• Achieve individual SLA targets

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelors
• Non-BTech (preferably)

EXPERIENCE

• Fresher or 0-6 months’ experience
• US Healthcare / Enrollment & Billing knowledge will be an added advantage
