Shift Timings:

• 4:00 PM 1:30 AM
• 6:00 PM – 3:30 AM
• Candidates must be flexible with shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Process health payer member enrollment and related transactions.
• Support premium billing and payment application activities.
• Update and maintain provider demographic information.
• Assist with core medical claim processing.
• Handle and resolve member and provider inquiries.
• Provide timely and accurate customer service.
• Track queries and ensure appropriate resolution within defined timelines.
• Maintain accuracy and follow process guidelines and quality standards.

• Candidates with soft-copy results may also be considered.
