Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing function for 2-3 multispeciality/nutraceuticals portfolios around 1000 Cr+.
• Launch new products and strengthen existing brands.
• Drive promotion, communication strategies and brand plans.
• Collaborate with Field Managers and support functions.
• Plan campaigns and KOL activities with regular brand reviews.
• Oversee field work to review strategy execution.

Job Responsibilities

• 1. As a Head VP Head Marketing candidate will be responsible for handling the Marketing function of 2-3 Multispeciality/ Nutraceuticals portfolio around 1000 Cr or above for a reputed pharma company.
• 2. He/She will be responsible for launching new products and strengthening the existing brands.
• 3. He/She should have good experience and knowledge in Multispeciality/Nutraceuticals brands.
• 4. He/She will closely work with Field Managers and all other support functions frequently.
• 5. He/She will prepare and implement promotional strategies and should be creative.
• 6. He/She will design promotional and communication strategies for the various brands of the organization.
• 7. He/She will be responsible for campaign planning and special activities for Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), along with monthly/quarterly brand review and monitoring.
• 8. He/She will undertake field work to review and evaluate strategy implementation.
• 9. Candidate should have good experience in managing the Product Management Team (PMT) to achieve business objectives and coordinate with all departments.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1. B.Pharm or B.Sc with MBA in Marketing, having 15-20 years of experience in Pharma Marketing, out of which 2-3 years should be as a General Manager handling the Multispeciality/ Nutraceuticals portfolio around 1000 Cr or above for a reputed pharma company.
