Job summary

HRD House in Mumbai seeks an experienced marketing leader with 12–15 years in Pharma Sales & Marketing to handle the complete marketing/PMT function for OTC/OTX/Nutraceuticals and digital promotion. You will launch new products, strengthen brands, and design comprehensive promotional strategies across Nutrition channels including OTC/ATL/BTL.

Qualifications

• B. Pharma or B. Sc with MBA in marketing and 12–15 years in Pharma Sales & Marketing.
• Experience in Group Product Manager or Marketing Manager roles handling Pharma OTC/OTX & Nutraceuticals.
• Strong knowledge of Digital Promotion and Social Media Marketing.
• Excellent communication and marketing skills; organized with self-motivation and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Based in Mumbai and manage full marketing/PMT functions for OTC/OTX/Nutraceuticals and digital promotion.
• Launch new products and strengthen existing brands.
• Prepare and implement promotional strategies; design promotional/communication plans for Nutrition including OTC/ATL/BTL.
• Coordinate with support functions for effective marketing strategy implementation.
• Monitor monthly/quarterly brand reviews and campaigns.

• 1. Candidate will be based at Mumbai and will be responsible for handling complete marketing / PMT function of OTC / OTX/ Nutraceuticals and Digital Promotion
• 2. He/she will be responsible for launching new products & strengthening the existing brands.
• 3. He/she will prepare & implement promotional strategies & should be Creative.
