Job summary

Mancer Consulting Services seeks a Head of Technology Delivery to lead enterprise-wide technology delivery, transformation, and execution for a global banking client.

The role requires leading large-scale programs, applying SAFe, Agile, Lean, and Change Management to drive AI-enabled improvements and delivery excellence across geographies.

You will partner with senior stakeholders to shape strategy and ensure governance, risk management, and quality assurance throughout the program lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in technology delivery or financial services.
• Proven leadership of large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong expertise in SAFe, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, and Change Management.
