The role requires strong leadership across SDLC, Agile, SAFe, and DevOps, with a focus on P&L, risk, and quality. You will influence cloud modernization and transformation initiatives in a multi-location setup.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT experience with progressive leadership roles.
• 8+ years in Technical Delivery Management, Program Management, or Delivery Leadership.
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise programs and portfolios.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and DevOps.
• Proven P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and governance.
• Excellent client-facing skills with senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading multi-location delivery teams.

Technical Delivery Manager

Location: Pune / Bangalore / Hyderabad Experience: 15-25 Years

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead large-scale technology programs, drive business outcomes, and manage strategic client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technology leadership, delivery governance, P&L ownership, stakeholder management, and transformational program experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital, cloud, data, and application development programs.


• Manage multiple projects, programs, and delivery portfolios across global teams.


• Own delivery governance, financial performance, resource planning, and customer satisfaction.


• Drive delivery excellence, operational efficiency, margin improvement, and account growth.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with client leadership, business stakeholders, and executive sponsors.


• Lead account mining, business development, RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, and solution discussions.


• Drive transformation initiatives including cloud adoption, modernization, automation, AI/GenAI, and digital programs.


• Manage large distributed teams across onsite, offshore, and nearshore delivery models.


• Ensure predictable project execution, risk management, quality compliance, and SLA adherence.

Mandatory Skills

• 15+ years of overall IT experience.


• 8+ years in Technical Delivery Management, Program Management, or Delivery Leadership roles.


• Experience managing large-scale enterprise programs and portfolios.


• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and DevOps methodologies.


• Proven experience in P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial governance.


• Strong client-facing experience with senior business and technology stakeholders.


• Experience leading multi-location delivery teams.


• Strong problem-solving, communication, and people leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Enterprise Architecture, Application Modernization, Cloud Transformation, or Digital Engineering.


• Exposure to AI/ML, GenAI, Data Engineering, Analytics, or Automation programs.


• Experience in BFSI domains.


• Hands-on exposure to modern technology ecosystems such as Java, .NET, Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Microservices, Data Platforms, and Platform Engineering.
