Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in IT services and program leadership roles.
• 8-12 years in senior delivery, program, or portfolio leadership roles.
• Proven track record of P&L management, delivery excellence, and customer success.
• Strong background in Agile, DevOps, Automation, Digital Transformation, and QE programs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery governance across multiple large engagements within the assigned portfolio.
• Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Translate client business priorities into measurable quality, cost, and delivery outcomes.
• Contribute to organizational strategy, policy formulation, and long-term delivery capability planning.
• Lead complex delivery programs leveraging Agile, DevOps, automation-driven, and continuous testing methodologies.
• Drive adoption of intelligent automation and AI-assisted quality practices to improve efficiency and defect prevention.
• Establish testing standards, quality processes, productivity metrics, and governance frameworks.
• Ensure adherence to delivery KPIs including schedule, quality, utilization, productivity, scope, risk, and profitability.
• Leverage Life Insurance/BFSI domain expertise to guide solution design and delivery strategy.
• Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership on quality transformation, risk mitigation, and delivery optimization.
• Build and maintain strong executive-level client relationships.
• Identify account growth opportunities and drive value creation initiatives.
• Build, mentor, and retain high-performing delivery leaders, test managers, and domain specialists.
• Strengthen QE capabilities aligned with business and client needs.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, innovation, and customer-centricity.
• Support bid management, solutioning, estimations, and commercial proposals.
• Review and validate delivery approaches, effort estimates, and pricing models.
• Contribute to development of new service offerings, accelerators, and automation-led QE solutions.

Required Experience

• 15+ years of experience in IT services, preferably within service-based organizations.
• 8-12 years of experience in senior delivery, program, or portfolio leadership roles.
• Proven track record of P&L management, delivery excellence, and customer success.
• Strong experience in Agile, DevOps, Automation, Digital Transformation, and Quality Engineering programs.
• Exposure to AI-assisted quality analytics and data-driven delivery management.
• Ability to align quality, speed, cost, and business value realization for clients.
• Strong stakeholder management, client engagement, and team leadership capabilities.
• Experience in Life Insurance/BFSI domain preferred.
