Job summary

Python India is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with 15+ years of experience to lead large-scale Digital Transformation, Ecommerce, Mobile, and AI-driven projects from Gurugram. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, client relationships, and delivery governance while guiding diverse engineering, AI, product, and design teams.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, risk control, and a proven track record in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Digital Transformation, Ecommerce, Mobile, and AI-driven technology projects.
• Manage multiple client engagements and ensure timely project delivery.
• Drive project planning, resource allocation, execution, and risk management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, AI, Product, and Design.
• Ensure delivery quality, process adherence, and client satisfaction.
• Handle stakeholder communication, project reporting, and escalation management.
• Support pre-sales activities, solution discussions, and effort estimations.
• Manage Agile/Scrum delivery processes and delivery KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in client management, delivery governance, team leadership, and end-to-end project execution across modern digital transformation projects.

• Manage multiple client engagements and ensure timely project delivery.
• Drive project planning, resource allocation, execution, and risk management.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Digital Transformation, Ecommerce, Mobile, and AI-driven technology projects.
• Exposure to AI/ML, Generative AI, or intelligent automation projects.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience handling distributed technical teams.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, project governance, and delivery frameworks.
• Exposure to cloud technologies and modern digital platforms is preferred.
