Job summary

Orange Mantra is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with 15+ years of experience to lead large-scale Digital Transformation, Ecommerce, Mobile, and AI-driven technology solutions. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, manage multiple client engagements, and drive governance, planning, and risk management with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong client-facing skills, distributed team leadership, and deep knowledge of SDLC and delivery frameworks to ensure quality and timely

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Digital Transformation, Ecommerce, Mobile and AI-driven projects.
• Experience with AI/ML, Generative AI or intelligent automation.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience handling distributed technical teams.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, governance and delivery frameworks.
• Exposure to cloud technologies and modern digital platforms is preferred.

• Manage Agile/Scrum delivery processes and delivery KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across projects.
