Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery lifecycle for client engagements, including strategic planning, implementation, governance and post-implementation support.
• Monitor delivery metrics: scope, schedule, quality, budget and operational KPIs across engagements.
• Manage multi-project portfolios and large cross-functional teams across engineering, QA, BA, architecture and DevOps.
• Develop delivery strategies and align with client objectives.
• Partner with Account Manager and onsite Leadership Team; be accountable for all delivery aspects.
• Guide team on setting up EngX processes and project kick-off; manage ongoing project management.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Management Leader to drive the end-to-end delivery of high-impact AI solutions within the Fintech domain. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams, partner with key stakeholders and ensure successful delivery of enterprise programs that enhance efficiency, scalability and time-to-market.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for client engagements, including strategic planning, implementation, governance and post-implementation support
• Ensure delivery metrics such as scope, schedule adherence, quality, budget compliance and operational KPIs are consistently met across all engagements
• Manage multi-project portfolios and large cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration across domains like engineering, quality assurance, business analysis, architecture and DevOps
• Develop delivery strategies and maintain alignment with client objectives
• Partner with Account Manager, onsite Leadership Team and remain accountable for all aspects of delivery
• Guide team on setting up the engineering (EngX) processes
• Set up the team and kick off the project, handling all aspects of on-going project management
• Manage client expectations from a deliverables perspective and help resolve impediments for EPAM teams
• Identify and highlight project risks to the client and consult on SDLC inefficiencies
• Establish and maintain relationships with all local client stakeholders, becoming the primary go-to delivery person on all project matters
• Facilitate new project kick-off: plan transition/discovery phases, produce all supporting artifacts and make arrangements on the client side
• Conduct weekly touch base with EPAM teams on project status and bi-weekly/monthly project status meetings with the client
• Upsell and evolve existing projects

Requirements
