Job summary

Mangalam Cement in Kota, India seeks a senior IR professional to maintain stable industrial relations, ensure business continuity, and lead the annual IR strategy and action plan. Qualifications

  • 15+ years relevant experience in large unionized manufacturing, preferably cement/mining/steel/power, with strong expertise in collective bargaining, labour laws, negotiation, grievance handling, disciplinary proceedings, contract labour and employee relations.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong expertise in collective bargaining, labour laws, negotiation, grievance handling, disciplinary proceedings, contract labour and employee relations.
