Job summary

Neuraleap Technologies Group seeks an experienced HR & IR Executive to manage HR operations, employee relations and industrial relations in a manufacturing environment. The role requires strong knowledge of labour laws, factory compliance, union management and employee engagement.

You will oversee onboarding, attendance, leave management, recruitment support, performance management and MIS reporting while ensuring a harmonious workplace and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations, employee relations and IR in manufacturing.
• Sound knowledge of labour laws and factory compliance.
• Experience with union management and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, attendance, leave, and records.
• Implement HR policies and ensure organization-wide compliance.
• Support recruitment, induction, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
• Handle grievances and disciplinary matters per policies.
• Maintain HR documentation and MIS reports.
• Maintain healthy industrial relations between management and employees.
• Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, inquiries, and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate with unions and employee representatives.
• Support collective bargaining and settlements.
• Ensure compliance with standing orders and company policies.
• Foster a positive work culture and industrial harmony.

We are seeking an experienced HR & Industrial Relations (IR) Executive to manage HR operations, employee relations, industrial relations, statutory compliance, and workforce management in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of labour laws, factory compliance, union management, and employee engagement while ensuring a harmonious work environment.

Key Responsibilities Human Resources

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance across the organization.
• Support recruitment, induction, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters in line with company policies.
• Maintain employee files, HR documentation, and MIS reports.

Industrial Relations (IR)

• Maintain healthy industrial relations between management and employees.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, domestic inquiries, and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate with labour unions and employee representatives, where applicable.
• Support collective bargaining discussions and settlement negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with standing orders and company policies.
• Foster a positive work culture and maintain industrial harmony.
