Job summary

2070Health seeks an operations professional to run service delivery across Delhi clinics, coordinating nurses, patients, suppliers and field teams to keep every process moving smoothly. You will build processes and dashboards that scale as we expand preventive health initiatives in the capital.

You will own escalations, track metrics, and work closely with founders to shape how operations run as the company grows its clinics in Delhi and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Experience managing operations with multiple stakeholders in healthcare or related fields.
• Highly organized with ability to manage parallel workstreams and follow-ups.
• Strong communication skills with clinic staff, suppliers, field teams and patients.

W Health Ventures has set up India’s first healthcare-focused Venture Studio called 2070 Health - an innovation platform that builds transformative healthcare companies from scratch by discovering disruptive opportunities. Distinct from the accelerator approach, our venture studio is closely involved in idea generation, day-to-day operations, and strategic decisions of growing the new venture. Companies incubated in the last 24 months include ElevateNow, Nivaan Care, BabyMD, Reveal Healthtech and Everhope Oncology. This role is with our next stealth venture that we are building in Preventive Health.

About Stealth Company

It is an early-stage healthcare company building new ways for clinics to deliver and manage patient care beyond the consultation room. We work closely with leading doctors and clinics to make healthcare delivery more seamless and effective.

We are preparing to launch with our first clinics in Delhi and are looking for people who enjoy solving hard operational problems and building things from scratch.

The Role

Our clinics rely on us to ensure that patient services happen reliably and without friction. This requires constant coordination between clinics, patients, suppliers and our field team.

You will be responsible for service delivery across our clinics in Delhi. That means making sure the nurse reaches on time, the sample gets collected, inventory is available when needed, and any clinic, doctor or patient escalations are resolved quickly.

A large part of the role involves building strong relationships with clinic teams and becoming the person they call when something needs to get done.

Qualifications & Experience

• You have experience managing operations where outcomes depend on coordinating multiple stakeholders and moving parts. Experience in healthcare delivery, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, logistics or quick commerce is preferred.
• You are highly organized and comfortable managing multiple parallel workstreams.
• You rely on systems, trackers and follow-ups rather than memory.
• You communicate clearly and can work effectively with clinic staff, suppliers, field teams and patients.
• You are comfortable taking responsibility and following things through to completion.
• You enjoy improving processes and finding better ways of working.
