Job summary

Aditi Solar in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced procurement leader to shape and execute sourcing strategies for multiple projects across Solar, Pipeline, and Civil infrastructure. You will drive cost optimization, manage high-value procurement, and oversee end-to-end vendor relations, from RFQ to contract finalization, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for all projects.

• Plan material sourcing schedules and ensure alignment with project milestones.
• Build and maintain an updated procurement tracker for all ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Manage RFQ processes, price comparison, negotiation, and order finalization.
• Maintain a vendor performance database focusing on quality, delivery, and competitiveness.
• Develop alternative sourcing channels to mitigate supply chain risks.
• Conduct market intelligence and price benchmarking for key materials.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through volume consolidation and supplier partnerships.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports and procurement dashboards for management review.

Preferred candidate profile

To lead and manage end-to-end supply chain system across Solar, Pipeline, and Civil infrastructure divisions. To drive cost optimization, strategic sourcing of capital and revenue items, vendor evaluation and selection, logistics, delivery and contract management to ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and up to quality standards.

This role is responsible for driving cost efficiencies, mitigating supply chain risks, managing high-value procurement, and ensuring seamless logistics to meet strict project timelines.
