What we expect from you

To lead and optimise the end-to-end supply chain operations for Apple products and accessories across our Retail vertical. You will be responsible for driving efficiency, ensuring optimal inventory levels, fostering strong vendor relationships, and aligning supply chain strategies with business growth plans. Your leadership will be key to strengthening operational excellence and ensuring a seamless flow of goods across geographies.

Job Responsibilities

• Negotiate with vendors and distributors to secure optimal pricing, discounts, and terms.
• Monitor stock availability with brands and distributors to ensure the right inventory balance across all locations.
• Build and maintain strong vendor and distributor relationships to gain critical market intelligence and competitive advantage.
• Strengthen integration between planning, logistics, and operations to improve schedule adherence and on-time delivery.
• Lead demand planning and forecasting to support smooth business operations and continuity.
• Establish and manage reporting systems with clear KPIs, dashboards, and analytical insights.
• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and responsiveness.
• Manage and mentor the supply chain team to deliver high performance.
• Optimise supply chain costs through better planning, automation, and digitalisation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Inventory, Finance, and Operations teams to align plans with business goals.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks that could impact the supply chain.
• Develop and implement strategic supply chain frameworks to support growth and scalability.

Requirements

• MBA from a top management institute (Top 20 preferred); Engineering background in UG desirable.
• 10–12+ years of experience in Supply Chain within Retail, Consumer Goods, or Consumer Durables.
• Proven expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and data-driven supply chain management.
• Strong understanding of planning, purchasing, and logistics processes.
• Experience managing brand operations and leading high-performing teams.
• Excellent analytical and financial acumen with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to succeed in dynamic, ambiguous business environments.
