Consolidated iPlanet Care Apple Service Center is seeking a Customer Relationship Executive to assist walk-in customers with queries and provide exceptional support on Apple products and services.

The role emphasizes strong communication, product knowledge, and a friendly, customer-centric approach to resolving issues and ensuring high satisfaction at the service center.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail or service center.
Strong knowledge of Apple products and services.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues.

Responsibilities

Front-end executive to handle the daily walk-in customers and provide resolution.
CREs should have very good communication and Presentability.
Empathy, escalation handling, and business conversion skills.
Knowledge on Apple products is required.
Ability to manage Customer Relationship Management.

We are seeking a personable and knowledgeable Customer Relationship Executive to join our team at our Apple Service Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving customer queries and providing exceptional support regarding Apple products and services to walk-in customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of Apple products, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
