You will own end-to-end execution, from planning to handover, and mentor large site teams, contractors, and consultants.

The role requires postgraduate qualification and a proven track record in planning, cost control, scheduling, and governance. Immediate joiners or 30-day notice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution from planning through completion and handover.

• Drive project planning, scheduling, execution, cost control and resource management.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, quality, safety and compliance.
• Lead large teams of project professionals, contractors and vendors.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Establish governance, MIS, progress monitoring and escalation mechanisms.
• Review contractor and consultant performance for adherence to schedules and quality.
• Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to align with business objectives.
