About the Role

We are seeking a highly accomplished Head – Projects to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of premium villa and luxury residential developments. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing high-value construction projects, driving operational excellence, leading multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete lifecycle of premium villa and luxury residential projects from design coordination through final handover.
• Develop project execution strategies, construction schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Drive project delivery while ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, safety regulations, and financial targets.
• Manage multiple large-scale residential projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, interior designers, landscape consultants, and statutory authorities.
• Review project progress and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and maintain project milestones.
• Lead Project Managers, Construction Managers, Site Engineers, QA/QC teams, Quantity Surveyors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, cash flow, contractor billing, and commercial performance.
• Oversee procurement planning and ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
• Implement robust quality assurance, safety, and compliance systems across all projects.
• Conduct regular project review meetings with management, consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Resolve technical, contractual, and execution-related challenges effectively.
• Ensure smooth customer inspections, snag closure, statutory approvals, and project handover.
• Prepare and present project status reports, cost analyses, and performance updates to senior management.
• Establish best construction practices, documentation standards, and continuous process improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 18–25+ years of experience in residential construction and project execution.
• Minimum 8–10 years in a leadership role such as Project Head, General Manager – Projects, Construction Head, or Project Director.
• Proven experience delivering premium villas, luxury apartments, gated communities, townships, or mixed-use developments.
• Strong exposure to structural works, finishing, MEP coordination, interiors, landscaping, infrastructure development, and customer handover.
• Expertise in project planning, budgeting, cost control, contract administration, procurement, quality management, and safety compliance.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple high‑value projects simultaneously.
