Job summary

Seven N Half is seeking a Head of Project Controls & PMO based in Mumbai to drive governance, milestone tracking and performance reporting across sites. You will establish a centralized PMO with digital dashboards and KPIs, ensuring alignment among engineering, construction, finance and client teams.

The role requires leading monthly program reviews with the MD & CEO and developing robust project controls and risk management templates to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Ideal background in program / portfolio management in EPC, IT Infra, or manufacturing.
• Certification in PMP or Lean Six Sigma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish a centralized PMO with digital dashboards and KPIs.
• Track all workstreams: land, power, design, construction, client onboarding.
• Manage cost, schedule, and scope across projects.
