Job summary

Ekyana Healthcare Private Limited in Panchkula seeks a Head Pilates Instructor to lead and manage our Pilates programs on-site. You will design class formats, run group and one-on-one sessions, and tailor routines for diverse fitness levels and health conditions.

Qualifications

• Design, lead and modify Pilates sessions safely for diverse client needs.
• Lead classes and manage group exercise to motivate participants.
• Apply physical therapy principles or functional movement to injury prevention and rehab support.
• Communicate clearly with clients and build positive relationships.
• Explain techniques, provide feedback, and educate on posture and wellness.
• Certifications in Pilates (mat/equipment) from recognized institutions; additional fitness/yoga/rehab certs are a plus.
• Prior experience leading Pilates programs or fitness centers, preferably healthcare or integrated wellness settings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams and maintain patient-centered care.
• Work on-site in Panchkula; flexible to manage schedules including workshops and special programs.

Role Description

The Head Pilates Instructor will lead and manage Pilates programs, ensuring high-quality, safe, and effective sessions for clients. This full-time, on-site role located in Panchkula involves designing class formats, conducting group and individual Pilates sessions, and tailoring routines to different fitness levels and health conditions. The role includes supervising other instructors, maintaining professional standards, collaborating with healthcare and wellness professionals, and supporting integrated care plans. The Head Pilates Instructor will also engage with clients to provide guidance, track progress, and deliver an exceptional customer experience, while contributing to program development and community outreach activities.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Pilates Instruction, including the ability to design, lead, and modify Pilates sessions safely for diverse client needs.
• Candidates should possess skills in Group Exercise leadership to manage classes, motivate participants, and maintain an inclusive and supportive environment.
• Candidates should possess knowledge related to Physical Therapy principles or functional movement to align Pilates practice with injury prevention and rehabilitation support.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service and client relationship skills to communicate clearly, respond to client needs, and contribute to a positive client experience.
• Candidates should possess Teaching skills to explain techniques, provide feedback, and educate clients on posture, alignment, and overall wellness.
• Relevant certifications in Pilates (e.g., mat and equipment) from recognized institutions; additional certifications in fitness, yoga, or physical rehabilitation are an advantage.
• Prior experience in leading Pilates programs or fitness centers, preferably in a healthcare or integrated wellness setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, and commitment to patient-centered care.
• Ability to work on-site in Panchkula, with flexibility to manage class schedules, workshops, and special programs.
