The Body Edit in Delhi-NCR is seeking a Senior Pilates Instructor to lead Chair and Reformer classes, mentor junior instructors, and help design client journeys.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience teaching Chair and Reformer Pilates.
• Strong command of movement science and anatomy.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
• Certifications from Balanced Body, Polestar or Stott are preferred.
• Clear, inspiring communication and mentoring mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead Chair and Reformer Pilates classes with focus on technique and client transformation.
• Mentor junior instructors and contribute to a learning culture.
• Help design class programs, client journeys, and seasonal workshops.
• Collaborate with founders to shape studio direction and brand growth.
• Take on leadership opportunities as the studio expands.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience teaching both Chair and Reformer Pilates
• Strong command of movement science, anatomy, and injury-safe modifications
• Clear, inspiring communication - both verbal and tactile cueing
• A collaborative mindset and love for mentoring others
• Certifications from recognized institutions (e.g., Balanced Body, Polestar, Stott etc)
• Comfortable in English and Hindi
