About The Role

This is not just a session‑based trainer role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of client experience, maintain high training standards, contribute to studio structure, and help build a stable, professional, and growth‑oriented wellness environment.

This role requires maturity, accountability, strong movement understanding, and the ability to contribute beyond conducting classes.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Training

• Conduct high‑quality private and group Reformer Pilates sessions.
• Deliver technically strong sessions focused on posture, alignment, breath, movement quality, and controlled form.
• Modify exercises intelligently based on injuries, mobility restrictions, body conditions, and client goals.
• Help clients improve strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, posture, and body awareness.
• Build long‑term client trust and retention through consistency, professionalism, and high‑quality coaching.
• Create a premium, attentive, and results‑oriented client experience.
• Maintain consistency in teaching quality and client experience across the studio.
• Support and guide junior instructors where required.
• Contribute towards building structured studio systems including session flow standards, client assessment methods, movement cueing quality, professionalism standards, and training consistency.
• Take initiative in improving studio functioning, client experience, and overall operational quality.
• Contribute positively to studio culture through accountability, reliability, emotional maturity, and team stability.

Client Progress & Engagement

• Track client attendance, consistency, and progress.
• Identify clients requiring additional support, motivation, or modifications.
• Maintain organized client notes and communication standards.
• Support long‑term client engagement and retention.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior Pilates teaching experience is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of posture correction, movement mechanics, core engagement, mobility & flexibility, breathwork, controlled movement, and movement safety.
• Ability to confidently handle both private and group sessions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, dependable, emotionally mature, and team‑oriented personality.
• Ability to lead calmly, responsibly, and consistently within a premium studio environment.
• Pilates certification preferred.
• Interest in movement education, mobility, wellness, and continuous learning is highly valued.
