Job summary

Ekoham Holistic Wellness in Baner, Pune is seeking an experienced Yoga & Pilates Instructor to join our team. This full-time role requires a strong understanding of Yoga and Pilates techniques and the ability to guide clients through safe, effective sessions.

The ideal candidate has 2-3+ years of professional teaching experience, certification in Yoga/Pilates, good communication skills, and a client-focused, enthusiastic approach. Working hours are morning and evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience teaching Yoga and/or Pilates.
• Strong practical knowledge of Yoga and Pilates.
• Good understanding of human anatomy, posture, alignment, and movement.
• Relevant Yoga/Pilates certification or professional training preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, punctual, enthusiastic, and client-focused.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and effective Yoga and Pilates sessions for individuals and groups.
• Guide clients with correct posture, alignment, breathing, and movement techniques.
• Modify exercises according to clients’ fitness levels, abilities, and requirements.
• Apply a good understanding of anatomy and body mechanics to ensure safe and effective sessions.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming, and supportive environment for clients.

About the Role
