Job summary

The Body Edit, a boutique Pilates studio in Delhi-NCR led by a Balanced Body and Polestar certified founder, seeks a Senior Pilates Instructor. You will lead Chair and Reformer classes, mentor teammates, and help shape studio experiences built on mindful movement and genuine human connection.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience teaching Chair & Reformer Pilates.
• Strong foundations in movement science, anatomy, and safe modifications.
• Clear, inspiring communication in English and Hindi.

Responsibilities

• Lead Chair & Reformer Pilates group classes.
• Mentor junior instructors and foster shared learning culture.
• Design class programs, client journeys, and seasonal workshops.
• Collaborate with founders on studio direction and growth.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience teaching both Chair and Reformer Pilates
• Strong command of movement science, anatomy, and injury-safe modifications
• Clear, inspiring communication - both verbal and tactile cueing
• A collaborative mindset and love for mentoring others
• Certifications from recognized institutions (e.g., Balanced Body, Polestar, Stott etc)
• Comfortable in English and Hindi
