Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pilates Instructor at our Kokapet studio in Hyderabad. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality Pilates classes, leading group exercise sessions, and providing personalized guidance to meet clients’ fitness and wellness goals. The Instructor will create safe, effective workouts tailored to various skill levels and ensure a positive and engaging experience for all participants. Additionally, the role involves building strong client relationships, maintaining the studio\'s environment, and promoting an inclusive atmosphere for all members.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Pilates Instruction, including proficiency in techniques for equipment like reformer, mat, Cadillac, Combo Chair, and Fuse Ladders.
• Experience in leading Group Exercise sessions and providing instruction suited for various fitness levels.
• Knowledge of Physical Therapy principles to assist clients with specialized fitness or rehabilitation needs.
• Strong Customer Service and interpersonal skills to foster trust and build meaningful client relationships.
