Job summary

Lead Hr Services invites applications for HEAD - PED & MED & D&D in Chennai. You will define, develop and oversee the implementation of product development and manufacturing engineering strategy for the division, driving technical excellence and execution across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in auto ancillary parts / components product development and process engineering function.
• Proven experience in managing multiple product development / process engineering projects.
• Experience in leading large teams across projects.
• Knowledge of Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Product Development Engineering; interpersonal effectiveness, team management, planning & organizing.
