The Engineer is responsible for supporting product design, engineering activities, and technical operations to ensure efficient execution of projects and manufacturing processes. Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and modify engineering designs and technical drawings using AutoCAD and CATIA.
• Support product design and development activities in line with project and customer requirements.
• Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth implementation of engineering solutions.
• Assist in product improvements, design modifications, and technical problem‑solving activities.
• Conduct design reviews and support validation of engineering changes.
• Monitor equipment performance and provide basic maintenance support as required.
• Analyze technical issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, engineering practices, and safety requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Mandatory Requirements

• Diploma/BE/B.Tech in EEE (Electrical & Electronics Engineering) or ECE (Electronics & Communication Engineering).
• Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in a similar industry.
• Hands‑on experience with AutoCAD and CATIA.
