Qualifications

• Graduate in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA in Operations preferred.
• 10-15 years of relevant experience, including leadership experience in operations.
• Experience in scaffolding, construction equipment, manufacturing, equipment rental, or infrastructure is preferred.
• Strong skills in team management, planning, inventory control, logistics, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operations, ensuring smooth and efficient business functioning.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Stores, Logistics, and Finance teams for timely order execution and delivery.
• Manage inventory, stock movement, dispatch, and equipment availability for sales and rental operations.
• Monitor operational costs, productivity, turnaround time, and resource utilization.
• Develop and implement operational processes, SOPs, and performance monitoring systems.
• Lead and guide operational teams, ensuring accountability and achievement of targets.
• Ensure timely order fulfillment, customer satisfaction, and resolution of operational issues.
• Monitor MIS reports, operational KPIs, and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations).
