Job summary

Redserv Global Solutions in Chennai seeks a Senior Transition Manager to lead process migration and post-stabilisation operations in procurement and sales.

The role emphasizes team guidance, SOP development, and effective stakeholder engagement, with hands-on SAP MM/SD usage and a drive for automation across geographies.

Qualifications

• Graduate orPostgraduate degree in any discipline.
• Excellent in written and oral communication.
• 20+ years experience with BPO experience a plus.
• Experience leading a team of 100 people.
• Knowledge of SAP MM and SD modules (as a user).
• Strong interviewing and people management skills.
• Experience in Distribution, Logistics or Warehousing preferred.
• Preferable transition/migration experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet Transition Targets and Operational SLAs (Quality & TAT).
• Engage with stakeholders and address concerns proactively.
• Drive automation and transformation initiatives.
• Monitor processes and people across geographies including virtual environments.
• Oversee cut-off timings for orders and deliveries.
• Handle queries and escalations.
• Draft process maps, conduct training sessions, and provide feedback.
• Draft SOPs and content in English.
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvements.
• Support Monthly/Quarterly Business meetings.

Job purpose

Resource is responsible for Transition (Process Migration) and day to day Operations (post stabilisation) in procurement and sales operations. He / She is responsible to train, guide, groom, handhold the team in-order to meet customer and business requirements.

Requirements

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline
• Excellent in Written & Oral communication
• 20+ Years experience and having BPO Experience is an added advantage
• Should have handled a team of 100 people
• Knowledge of SAP MM and SD modules (as a user)
• Should possess excellent interviewing skills and people management skills
• Experience in Distribution, Logistics (or) Warehousing is preferable
• Preferable to have transition / migration experience

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure Transition Targets and Operational SLAs (Quality & TAT) are met
• Engage with stakeholders and pro-actively address their concerns
• Drive Automation/Transformation initiatives
• Ability to monitor process and people across various geographies including the Virtual world
• Monitor the cut off timings for placing orders, delivery etc.
• Handle queries and escalations.
• Must be able to draw process maps, conduct training sessions, and provide feedback
• Must be good in English / Content writing. Should be able to draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Should be able to think creatively and work towards continuous process improvements and process automations
• Ensure Adequate Team members are maintained for delivering the results
• Ability to identify the process gaps earlier and mitigate those gaps
• Support Monthly/Quarterly Business meetings
