Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is seeking a Production Supervisor to manage the daily operations of a blanking line in Hyderabad, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards. The role requires coordinating with maintenance, planning, and quality teams to meet targets and implement continuous improvements.

You will train operators on SOPs, monitor performance, and maintain records while upholding 5S and Kaizen practices for a zero-incident, efficient manufacturing floor.

Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance for preventive and breakdown maintenance.

Ensure adherence to production schedules and optimize machine utilization.

Maintain quality standards by conducting in-process inspections and ensuring corrective actions are taken.

Train and guide operators and helpers on standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and quality requirements.

Maintain production records, downtime analysis, and daily reports.

Ensure compliance with 5S, Kaizen, and other lean manufacturing practices.

Coordinate with planning, quality, and maintenance teams for smooth operations.

Implement and monitor safety measures to ensure a zero-incident workplace.
